Service 01
A dedicated salon manager
Named, briefed and present from load-in to strike. They hold the running order, liaise with your caterer and venue, and are the only person you need to speak to all evening.

The VIP Salon
A small-guest-count, high-touch evening for boards, investor groups and private hosts who want discretion, bespoke styling and a dedicated salon manager.
The idea
One table, one room, one manager who never leaves the floor
The Salon is our smallest format and our most demanding. It exists for the evenings where the guest list is short and the expectations are not: a board dinner, a closing celebration, an investor evening, a significant private anniversary, a thank-you for a dozen people who are difficult to impress.
Instead of scaling up, we scale down. A single beautifully dressed table, our most experienced croupier, and a salon manager whose only job for the evening is your room — the timing of the first round, the pace of the service around it, the moment to call the count.
Everything is bespoke and nothing is standard, including the stationery. We will style the table to a palette you choose, print name cards, set a running order with your caterer and agree a strict no-photography policy if you want one.

What the Salon adds
The difference is in the hour before and the hour after
Service 02
Bespoke styling and stationery
Table dressing in your chosen palette, custom name cards and table markers, discreet uplighting and a photo corner only if you want one. Unmarked chips in a finish chosen with you.
Service 03
Discretion as standard
Closed-door service, crew briefed not to discuss the guest list, no photography by us without written permission, and nothing about your evening published anywhere — including this website.
Service 04
Our senior croupiers
The crew we send to the Salon are our most experienced table hosts: quick, quiet, extremely good at teaching without condescension, and comfortable in a room of people used to being deferred to.
Service 05
Service choreography
We build the running order around the food, not alongside it: rounds paced between courses, a pause for a toast, the count timed for the moment the room is at its fullest.
Service 06
A closing presentation
Chips counted, a short leaderboard, and your non-cash keepsakes presented properly. We never award money, and we will tell your guests so plainly if anyone asks.
Transparency
Why a premium evening still has nothing to win
The Salon is the format where guests most often ask whether the stakes are real. They are not, and we are direct about it from the first round. Symbolic chips are handed out in identical allocations, carry no denomination, and go back in the crate at the end of the night.
There is no buy-in, no top-up, no side arrangement, no running tab and no settlement afterwards. There is no slot machine, no coin-operated machine and nothing electronic on the floor. And because the whole evening happens in one room on one night, there is no website, app or account where play could continue.

“Eleven guests, one table, and a manager who anticipated everything. It felt expensive in the way we wanted and completely uncomplicated in every way that mattered.”
