Three tables, built for function rooms rather than casino floors

Everything is matte, compact and quiet. No screens, no chrome, no flashing anything. We do not hire out slot machines, slots or any coin-operated amusement machines — our equipment list is tables and the things that go on them.

Two ways to hire

Crewed, or dry hire for your own team

Most clients take the crewed option. Dry hire suits agencies and venues with trained staff of their own.

Dry hire still carries our conditions: symbolic chips only, adults only, no buy-ins, no cash prizes and no exchange of chips for anything of value. These are written into the hire agreement.

What we need from the venue

Nine times out of ten the answer is “nothing unusual”, but these are the details that decide whether a load-in is calm or chaotic. Send them with your enquiry and the quote will be accurate first time.

Load-in checklist
Access	Door widths, stairs, lift dimensions, parking or loading bay, and how far the carry is
Timing	Earliest access, doors, and latest strike. We need 45–90 minutes either side
Floor	Surface type and whether the venue requires protection under equipment
Power	One standard outlet per table for lighting
Room	Dimensions, occupancy limit and where the bar and food stations will be
Paperwork	Any venue insurance, method statement or supplier approval we must complete
