What we do

One service, done carefully

Our service is the organisation of casino-themed offline events in Canada. That means we arrive at a venue you have chosen with tables, crew, lighting and styling; we run an evening of themed table entertainment for up to 4 hours; and we take everything away again the same night.

We are not a casino, a gaming operator, a betting company or a technology platform. We do not run a website where anyone plays, we do not hold money for guests, and we do not operate slot machines, slots or any coin-operated amusement machines. Our entire product exists in one room, on one evening, with people standing around a table talking to each other.

The reason we are specific about this is practical. Venues ask. Corporate compliance teams ask. Guests ask at the table. Having a single clear answer — symbolic chips, no stakes, no prizes of value, adults only — makes every one of those conversations short.

How we work

Five habits that explain most of our decisions

None of these are slogans. They are the reasons we occasionally lose work, and we would rather be upfront about them.

01

We quote, we do not advertise rates

A room with a freight lift and a two-hour window costs more to serve than a ground-floor hall. Publishing a number would mean either overcharging the easy jobs or losing money on the hard ones.

02

We say no to the wrong booking

If minors will be present, if someone expects real stakes, if a cash prize has been promised to guests, or if the venue is unsafe for the kit, we decline. It is a short conversation and we have it early.

03

We staff properly or not at all

One croupier per table, a floor host above sixty guests, an evening manager on every booking. Thin crewing is the single fastest way to make a themed evening feel cheap.

04

We stay quiet about our clients

No logos, no guest photographs, no naming without written permission, and no case study published as a condition of a discount. Several of our best evenings will never appear on this website.

05

We strike the same night

Venues remember the supplier who left the room exactly as they found it at one in the morning, and so do the people who have to open it in the morning.

06

We explain the chips before anyone asks

Every guest hears it at the door and every client gets it in writing. Clarity costs nothing and prevents every awkward conversation that follows from ambiguity.

The crew

Who actually turns up

A booking is delivered by three kinds of people: croupiers who run the tables, a floor host who runs the room, and an evening manager who runs the booking. On larger events add a production crew for lighting, draping and staging.

Everyone is recruited for temperament, trained in-house on our tables, briefed on the symbolic-chip conditions and on refusing service politely, and reference-checked before their first shift. All crew are 18+ or over.

We pay travel, we brief on the floor rather than in the van, and we do not solicit or accept gratuities at the table. If you want to recognise someone, tell us and we will pass it on.

Our limits

Things we will not do, for any fee

  • Run a table where real money is staked
  • Sell, exchange or redeem chips for money, goods, services or credit
  • Administer or present a cash prize
  • Admit or entertain anyone under 18+
  • Supply slot machines, slots or coin-operated amusement machines
  • Operate or promote an online casino, betting site or gaming app
  • Market our events to young audiences or in young-audience media
  • Publish a client’s name or logo without their written permission

The one-line version

This is strictly offline event entertainment. There is no real-money gambling, no betting, no cash prizes, and no online casino service.

We also publish a Responsible Entertainment notice, because a casino-themed evening is not the right setting for everyone, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
