Floor plan, lighting, soft styling, branded chips, cards, table skirts and photo zones - one production team from site visit to strike.
Scope
Table hire gets you tables. Production gets you a room that looks designed: sightlines that work, light that flatters, a floor plan that moves people, and branding that reads in a photograph taken on a phone.
Scope 01
We measure the room, note the power, the access and the awkward column nobody mentioned, and draw a plan to scale. You get sightlines, circulation routes, bar and food positions and a table count that fits the occupancy limit.
Scope 02
Warm directional light over each table, discreet uplighting on walls and drapes, and the overheads taken down. No colour washes, no moving heads, nothing that flashes. Rooms photograph better and people stay longer.
Scope 03
Drapes to hide a bad wall, table skirts in your palette, linens, florals or greenery, signage stands and a cloakroom that does not look like a folding table. Matte materials throughout.
Scope 04
Symbolic chips printed with your mark or event name — never with a denomination, a currency or a value. Card backs, table markers, dealer plaques and place cards to match.
Scope 05
A built corner with a draped or panelled backdrop, dedicated light and a prop table, positioned so the queue does not block the bar. We can brief your photographer or recommend one locally.
Scope 06
Croupiers, floor host and an evening manager who holds the written run sheet. Load-in, changeover, count, presentation and strike are all on it, with names against each marker.
Branding rules
Branded chips are the single most photographed object at a themed event, which is exactly why we are careful about what goes on them. The rules below are not negotiable, and they protect you as much as us.

Working with agencies
A good share of our production work comes through event agencies and venue teams. We will work to your run sheet, attend your production meetings, wear unbranded uniform, deal directly with your client only if you ask us to, and keep our name off everything including the invoice envelope.
What we need in return is the floor plan, the occupancy limit, the load-in window and a single named contact on site. Everything else we will solve ourselves.
